Why we do this...
Our mission is to provide an equal opportunity show experience for the youth of Panola County. The organization works hand in hand with community leaders to provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships and sponsorships to area showman who are involved in the stock show industry. We strive to provide learning situations for the development of agricultural education, leadership, responsibility, and effective citizenship. It is our goal to serve our community by spreading optimism and opportunity to the youth of Panola County.
The objective of the SSSP is to support Panola County 4-H and FFA members in their agricultural projects. This shall include, but is not limited to, fundraising, livestock show(s), or assistance with livestock, educational, leadership, or citizenship projects and activities. We will provide a forum for the exchange of ideas to make the stock show experience better within Panola County. We strive to provide a feeling of unity among showmen.
This years Buckles are from Molly's Custom Silver.
We are partnering with Molly's on SEVENTY-FOUR buckles for this year's Panola Christmas Classic, to be held December 9th and 10th in Carthage, TX.
